Your child should come in and take jackets and shoes off (there is a a bench with storage for shoes underneath) and sit on the bench\, and wait for instructions. Sensei Brian and Sensei Gloria do not allow shoes on the mat\, as it is considered disrespectful. Also\, of course no running around.
